Trouble Accessing Webinar


Live Webinars are hosted on Thursdays at 11am PST will not be open earlier than two minutes to the start of the session.

The access link is sent in the webinar receipt and then to the email you registered with on the day of the webinar and a half hour prior to the start of the webinar. Check your junk mail for the email and if you did not receive the link, give us a call.

Zoom must be downloaded on your computer to access the webinar. Download and update the app prior to joining.

Do not try to watch the webinar on a phone or in Internet Explorer. It will not work.

OnDemand webinar access is sent to the email you registered with. Please check that email account. If you can’t access the session, please do not try to access the session on Internet Explorer or on a phone.
